Ridiculous

Ridiculous for thinking that body could get pregnant “naturally,” after all ready having coming to that conclusion long before this cycle.

Ridiculous for taking all of you along on this roller-coaster ride.

Ridiculous that I gave my reproductive system any credit for getting anything right. (Probably a great lesson to have learned before starting the IUIs.)

Ridiculous that I fell for FALSE hope, AGAIN.

Ridiculous because my FALSE hope infected others, and how that makes me that so much more angrier because my reproductive cycle is not only effecting me, it screwing with so many others.

Oh sweetie - not ridiculous at all. I'm happy to be here with you for all of the highs and the lows. I have a feeling it makes all of us feel less alone in our struggles - less...broken.

Even if you told me not to have Hope, that there is no way it would work - I would still have Hope for each of your cycles. I would still pray that this time would be the one. That is what the blogosphere is for. We are here for the good and bad. We are here because we care about you.

Lots of Huge Hugs!

I'm with Heather, I would still have hope. If we lose that then what is the point of continuing? That is all why were here, so we can hold out hope for others when all else has failed.

Hang in there!

You are not ridiculous at all, it is Hope, the evil Bitch :), that keeps us going...

That is what is so great about this community, we are here to hope with you, and encourage you when you crash...

Hoping to be celebrating with you VERY soon.

I'm with Heather on this one. When you can't hang onto hope, that becomes our job to hang on to it for you. And I have a whole lotta hope for you. You are not ridiculous, really. And you are not screwing with us. Let us worry about us, we can handle it or we wouldn't be here. And we are here. Sending you lots of positive thoughts!!

Aww. I'm sorry. It does seem ridiculous to hope after a while, doesn't it, yet what else can we do?

It feels ridiculous, doesn't it? Every month we listen to Hope, and it's almost embarrassing when she doesn't come through (AGAIN!). How can we ever believe her?

Because Hope is what sustains us.

That, and the IF community that is wrapping its virtual, collective arms around you. Right now.
